Why did I get this score?
The feedback below uses the final score, criterion weights, and your QA / Coaching Notes. It is a general coaching aid, not a substitute for your organization's official coaching policy.
General-purpose utility only. Your organization's official QA scorecard, calibration rules and critical-error policy should always take precedence.

About the BPO QA Scorecard
A QA scorecard measures an interaction against defined quality criteria. Different organizations use different weights, rating scales, exclusions, thresholds and critical-error rules, so this tool is intentionally configurable.

Frequently Asked Questions
How does the weighted QA calculation work?
Each applicable criterion is converted into a percentage based on its score and maximum score. That percentage is multiplied by the criterion's active normalized weight, then the contributions are combined into the final result.
What happens when I mark a criterion N/A?
The criterion is excluded from the calculation, and the remaining active weights are normalized so they represent the full applicable scorecard.
Can I customize critical-error behavior?
Yes. Choose automatic FAIL, score cap, or no automatic effect. Use the rule that matches your organization's QA policy.
Can I save evaluations?
Yes. Saved evaluations are stored in your browser using local storage. They do not require an account.
Can I print an evaluation?
Yes. Print Evaluation opens the browser print dialog. The printed output uses a simplified evaluation layout.
Does this replace an official BPO QA system?
No. It is a practical utility for calculation and evaluation notes. Your employer's official scorecard, calibration guidance and policies remain the source of truth.
